1. Refunds Policy – David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) will consider requests for refunds on a case by case basis if sadly you are unable to attend or if your request is received more than 24 hours before the event. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event start time will not be considered unless in exceptional circumstances.
